Workshops & Trainings

The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) offers a variety of training and workshop programs for its teachers, officers, and non-teaching staff:

1. Orientation courses: A three-day course
2. Induction courses: A seven to 10-day course for new recruits
3. In-service courses: A 21 to 22-day course
4. Refresher courses: A three to five-day course
5. Workshops: A one to five-day course
6. Short duration courses (SDCs): A short-term course for all categories of employees

KVS’s training programs are designed to help employees develop their skills, knowledge, and attitude so they can contribute to the growth of their students. KVS also encourages teachers to participate in courses, workshops, and modules offered by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT).
